Living with multiple conditions since birth, Abby faces daily challenges from Congenital Myopathy/Muscular dystrophy type 2, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Though not diagnosed until age 19, symptoms including periods of paralysis, muscle spasms, and dislocated joints led to years of seeking medical answers.

A Victory Scholarship provided Abby with essential equipment for her handcycle, including new wheels and a handcycle trainer, enabling her to pursue her passion for para-triathlon training.
