Victoria’s Victory Foundation (“VVF,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information of our website visitors (“you”). So you can interact with us with confidence, we want you to understand how we collect and use information from our mobile-enabled website located at https://victoriasvictory.org/ (the “Website”), its subdomains and affiliated websites, and any related software, service, feature, and/or application available thereon (collectively with the Website, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy also applies to the community map linked to our Website located at www.vvfcommunitymap.lovable.app (the “Community Map”) and made available to you as part of the Service. By using the Service, you accept and agree to the practices this Privacy Policy describes. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is part of, our Terms of Use available at victoriasvictory.org/terms-of-use, which governs your access to and your use of the Service. If you have entered into a separate agreement with us, that separate agreement shall control, and only those terms within this Privacy Policy that do not conflict with such separate agreement shall apply.
What Information Do We Collect?

We may also collect other information about you and your mobility disability to understand why you are joining our community and how we can provide you with support and services.

Make a donation on the Website;
Create an account to use the Community Map or other features of the Service;
Contact us with inquiries or to request information, including via email;
Subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise sign up to receive communications from us;
Purchase merchandise or other products and services we make available on the Website from time to time; or
Interact with our social media channels
Communications. The specific types of information we collect when you communicate with VFF will depend on the forum in which you communicate with us. For example, if you send us an email, we will collect your email address and the content of your email.
Account Information. In order to set up an account to use the Community Map, you must first complete a registration process with VFF and provide Personal Information such as first and last name and a password. You will be asked to create a password for your account. Any Personal Information you share as part of the account registration process may be used by VFF and its service providers to manage your account and to provide the Service to you.
Geolocation Data. We also collect certain geolocation data (city and U.S. state) from users of our Community Map so that we can identify the general area where community members are located.
Application Submissions, Donations, and Online Purchases. We collect information about you from our service providers when you submit an application to one of our scholarship programs, make a donation to VVF, or purchase VFF merchandise on or through platforms made available by our service providers and linked on the Website.
Usage Information. We may also collect details of your access and use of the Service, including, but not limited to, IP address, browser type, the date and time you accessed or left the Service, and which pages you viewed. Some parts of the Service may also use cookies and other technologies to collect this information about your general internet usage. See the section below called “How We Use Tracking Technologies” to learn more.
Aggregate Information. We may collect or generate aggregate information when you use the Service, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains Personal Information, such that only aggregate information remains. We may collect, use, store, and transfer aggregate information in our discretion.
Payment Information
We may use a third party payment processor to process credit and debit card transactions you initiate with us to make a donation, or to order merchandise, products and services from our Website. Your credit or debit card information is never shared with us, and at no point in any transaction will we have access to that information.
