Aged & Disabled: AD Waiver services help people who are aged or have disabilities. Services meet needs while the participant lives where they choose.
Developmental Disabilities: must have a developmental disability, as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §83-1205 , meet Level of Care for an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID), and have a need for waiver services
TBI: must receive Nebraska Medicaid, be age 18 years or older, have a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury, meet Nursing Facility Level of Care, and have a need for services
