Elderly and Disabled (E&D) Waiver: This home and community based waiver program is administered by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) . Services offered include all regularly covered Medicaid services (hospital, physician, lab, prescriptions) plus the following special waiver services: personal care, day services, emergency response system, respite care.
Assisted Living: This home and community based waiver program is administered by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) . Services offered include all regularly covered Medicaid services (hospital, physician, lab, prescriptions) plus the services provided in a DSAAPD approved and appropriately licensed Delaware Assisted Living Facility
