Independent Choices: consumer directed Serves Medicaid-enrolled elderly individuals and adults with disabilities

AR Choices: Provides attendant care, adult day care, adult day health services, home-delivered meals, respite care (in-home and facility-based), Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), and environmental modifications for individuals aged 21 to 64 years of age with a physical disability or 65 and older who require an intermediate level of care in a nursing facility and who do not require a skilled level of care.

AR Community & Employment Support: Provides caregiver respite, supported employment, supportive living, specialized medical supplies, adaptive equipment, community transition services, consultation, crisis intervention, environmental modifications, and supplemental support for individuals, of any age, who have been diagnosed with Autism or a developmental and/or intellectual disability

Autism Waiver: Serves children 18 months to 5 years old who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

Private Duty Nursing: Serves eligible Medicaid recipients who require constant supervision and have specific medical needs

Home Health Services: Serves eligible Arkansans with chronic health conditions or who are recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

Living Choices Assisted Living Waiver: Serves older Arkansans or younger adults who have a physical disability

Tax Equity & Fiscal Responsibility Act: Serves Children with disabilities

Personal Care: Serves eligible Medicaid recipients who require hands-on assistance with daily living
