Andrew, a 17-year-old living with Spina Bifida, waited over a year for adaptive driving lessons. He was eager to be like his peers and drive himself to work, school, and other activities. Once he finally got his driver’s license, Andrew needed a lift to load his wheelchair into the car—the final piece toward independence.
