Miles was born healthy in 2016, but acquired bacterial meningitis when he was about 4 months old. Because he did not have any of the common symptoms, this went undiagnosed for several days. The meningitis ended up causing seizures and several strokes. Miles then spent the next 8 weeks in the ICU fighting for his life.

Due to this brain injury, Miles cannot move his body without assistance. Today Miles is 6 and does not let this conquer his spirit!

Miles’s parents discovered the Trexo, which allows Miles to not only move daily but also helps with his gait, posture and social interactions.
