Everyday I drive to school, and when I’m going places with my family, I continue to insist on driving.  Quite frankly I love it, and it’s all thanks to this scholarship that made it possible. Driving means freedom, and everyday I can be free now.

I cannot adequately express our appreciation for this scholarship. Since Jacob was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis, almost five years ago, it has been very difficult finding assistance with all of the extra expenses. This is the first time we have been approved for a scholarship. When everything 'normal' your child used to do now runs at a much higher expense, finances can become overwhelming.  Thanks to the generosity of VVF, Jacob is behind the wheel using his hand controls!
